As of yesterday afternoon, we have the written and ratified contract. The appraisal is happening today, and the inspection on Monday or Tuesday. Closing is Sept 11!

My mom’s coming down on the 11th to help pack and move, and will then help unpack the following week. Hopefully, we can make a place for her to sleep in the townhouse - without disrupting Brian’s office too much.
