After having my hybrid for 4 years and 3 months, I have reached 100,000 miles. I arrived at work with 100,020, so it happened somewhere on the beltway. The car still runs like it’s new, but I need to get it into the dealer for a *big* (expensive) maintenance. I believe it needs things like a timing belt and spark plugs. I am not, however, going to let the dealer talk me into anything that’s not on the maintenance schedule in the manual. The car is now completely out of warranty, and I will probably be finding somewhere other than the dealer to take it for maintenance.
