“The Diet”
Colin Devroe has started something not to be missed The Diet. It’s a group of bloggers working together to motivate each other. In that spirit, I’m posting my “measurements” and goals. While I’ve been working at this a while, I’ve only been doing “ok”, and my weight has really gone up since I started running – but not the inches!

My goal weight is 140lbs, or barring that, a waist of 24-25in and hips in the low 30 range. I’m not particular on weight, as I know muscle is denser. I just want to wear size 6 jeans again.
What I’m doing about it: Maya and Yourself!Fitness almost every night, and running on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday – until June 17th, then I’ll probably run with the fun run group on Thursday nights (at least). I’m also making a concerted effort to take my lunch to work, and not have any “snacking” food in the house, a being single again has pushed me away from cooking and back to a bag of goldfish for dinner – a very bad habit.

I eat alone a lot too. I’ve been trying to keep a baby spinach in the refridgerator for munching on instead of chips.
Nice tip on the fitness game. I’m going to have to get that too!
