Apple has updated Tiger to 10.4.3, and a lot of issues were fixed. On the list of things they fixed the things that concern me are:

Keychain Access is no longer case sensitive (the e-mail address you used had to match *exactly* the address in the certificate)
Improved .mac syncing (I’m still waiting on this, [...]
