Chicken Noodle Soup

I’ve been toying with the idea of making my own chicken noodle soup and canning it for later. I looked up the canning instructions for soup and it’s uh.. impressive to say the least. 60 minutes for a pint of soup. And, if the soup contains seafood? Increase that number to 100.
