It’s definate – I leave for Paris tomorrow

I get to wander around in a jet lagged fog for all of Monday, during which time I will be purchasing items for people who requested them. Tuesday, I start the audit at one site, then ride with my “escorts” to Nancy, France, approximately 3-4 hrs outside of Paris in Lorraine. There I will work all day Wednesday, and take the train back to Paris – arriving at approximately 11:30pm. I will pretty much have missed the last train out to the CDG airport, so I booked a hotel right outside Gare l’Est and will stumble from the train station to the hotel. The next morning, I’ll be catching my flight back to the states. Long plane ride for a little bit of work

As much as people at work are envious and would rather go – trust me, I’d rather they went too. I remember what it’s like to operate on little sleep, and would prefer not to. Unfortunately, I’m the only person at the company who has the skillset required, and I would dearly love to teach someone else as well.
